Training for management, HR and managers

1- Interactive training to support remote work (all public and professionals)
An entire branch of our activity is devoted to the world of work and relationships within the company.
The founders of LACT, Claude de Scorraille, Grégoire Vitry and Olivier Brosseau, authors of “When work hurts” (ed. InterEditions, 2017) having developed a specific intervention strategy for the business world. Following this expertise specific to LACT, we propose to organize workshops-webinars to support managers, employees, HR, etc. to regulate and defuse the psychological problems caused by teleworking, aimed at the business world hard hit by this crisis. These one and a half hour webinar workshops with a capacity of 1,000 people will address topics related to stress management and burnout in teleworking, while confinement forces many to take care of children, everyday life, and telecommuting. How to recognize an online distress situation? How to act? How to manage the anxiety linked to the financial problems generated by the crisis? How to keep in touch? What are the risks ? So many questions that can be addressed to provide a better response to stress management in telework situations.
