Session 1: wednesday January 24th from 4 PM to 8 PM (Paris time)
TOPIC:
Implicit rules used as resources to start the processes of change within businesses and family systems
Rules of functioning within a system, or a family result from a game of regulations. Relational games get structured as time goes by, and give way to emerging characteristics specific to each group. Meta-rules do allow the system to evolve; without them, rules cannot be bent. Systems can sometimes keep individuals in a repetitive pattern which in turn becomes a source of suffering. All interventions within a system aim to go beyond the individuals and allows to highlight what implicitly irrigates the system.  The work around what is implicit deals with perception, emotions, behaviors, relationships, the individual and collective narrative, and to a larger extent, culture,  norms of regulation, cooperation, and mutual learning, etc…. Different school of thoughts will allow us to discover different styles of lectures of these implicit rules.
