The practice supervision times are essential moments in the continuous process of learning, improving practice and developing the professional skills of the practitioner of the helping relationship.
Description
You have completed your training with LACT, we offer you the opportunity to stay in touch and accompany you in the process of setting up or perfecting your practice. In this context, we offer two-hour group supervisions during which a maximum of three situations can be discussed, and then debriefed with all the participants, under the supervision of Vincent GÉRARD.
The frequency of these supervisions will be one session every two months.
Objective of the module
Observe, correct and perfect your practice based on a strategic, communicational or relational difficulty encountered in the implementation of its practice of strategic systemic intervention, exposed within the framework of direct supervision (on your own case ) or that of observation (of other supervised cases).

Skills acquired at the end of the training (pedagogical objectives)
- Restore your understanding of the patient's situation as an intervener, using the perception-reaction diagram, in order to describe, or even complete the complete process of the patient's problem
- Identify and formulate your level of difficulty encountered, specifying whether it is of a strategic, communicational or relational nature in order to guide the request for help from the supervisor
- Enrich your practice in terms of strategy, communication and the relationship with your patients by implementing the technical indications of the supervisor which are addressed to you directly or which you observe, in order to improve efficiency and efficiency of your interventions.
Target audience and prerequisites
Prerequisites:
- Be a Lact graduate
- Commitment to practicing intervention sessions
- Digital prerequisites:
- Have a computer (with camera and microphone) and a phone in good working order
- Have a regularly used email address
- Have internet access with sufficient speed (videoconferencing, video playback)
- Have a place suitable for monitoring the training
- Know how to use basic digital tools: internet, messaging, search engine
- Know how to use word processing tools, spreadsheets and presentation tools (power point type)

Vincent GÉRARD: Clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and trained in Erichsonian, systemic hypnosis and solution-oriented therapy.
For more than 25 years, he has been offering concrete, rapid and effective therapeutic tools to people who are confronted, at some point in their lives, with a personal, family, professional or emotional problem. He is a lecturer, he has trained many psycho-medical-social workers in Belgium, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg
Modality, means and teaching aids
Interactive and experiential approach
- Remote and recorded live supervision session, which allows later viewing of the session by the student
- Support for the supervision to be prepared in advance by the student and to be sent by email to your supervisor - at least 48 hours before the supervision session: formalization of the case in SYPRENE Expert (if registered), the digital practice observation program developed by LACT + the writing of the difficulties encountered according to a framework indicated by the supervision, in which:

- Problem definition
- Objective
- Solution attempts (patient/family)
- Relational context (family/work)
- Perception-Reaction System
- Prescriptions used by the therapist (and their effects)
> You describe the difficulty.s encountered in the form:
- I feel (emotion-feeling, e.g. angry, impressed, insecure, sad, lost…)
- by the following situation (factual description: who does what to whom, since when, under what circumstances, etc.),
- which brings me to... (do, say, think)
- with the following effects (to be described)
> you specify whether the difficulty you are encountering is related to a problem of:
- strategy (of problem-solving)
- communication
- relationship
Evaluation and monitoring methods
Obtaining the certificate for this module requires:
- to have presented a case during one of the sessions previously written in moodle
- to have obtained the average in the formalization of practice assignment consisting in presenting one of the cases worked in supervision and the effects of supervision on the improvement or evolution of your practice.
- to have followed at least 2 of the 3 sessions of the module.
Assessment of student satisfaction
At the end of the training, a satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by each participant so that they can assess the relevance of the content of the training with regard to their professional practice and the achievement of their objectives.
--> 95% of our students are satisfied with their training = number of students who gave a score greater than or equal to 7 out of 10 (0: "not at all satisfied"; 10: "completely satisfied")
