Wendel, a word about you:
- Who are you?
- Why are you so important for history and the transmission of knowledge?
- And finally, your background?
Wendel Ray
I am Dr. Wendel Ray. I was director of research at the MRI and since 1987 I have been the founding director of the "archives of Don Jackson".
The work on "The Don Jackson Archive" is a joint project between MRI and my University of Louisiana at Monroe.
My essential role consists in making accessible and available, everywhere in the world, all the research work done by Bateson and the MRI.
I would like to say that these are working archives. People can come and visit us. We can also move certain archives on request.
