Training aims
The main objective of this master's degree is to provide in-depth specialization in systemic and strategic brief therapy. Participants learn to use specific treatment protocols and intervention strategies to treat various psychopathologies, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, phobias, and sexual dysfunctions.
Program content
The master's degree includes 170 hours of classes, 3 individual supervisions of 45 minutes, and approximately 175 hours of personal work. The training is 100% online, alternating half-days of virtual face-to-face, individual and collective supervision, as well as individual or small group work.
The main modules include:
Foundations of the strategic systemic approach:
- Introduction to the basic concepts of the systemic and strategic approach, developed by the Palo Alto school.
Brief strategic therapy:
- Study of treatment protocols and therapeutic stratagems for different psychopathologies.
Strategic problem solving:
- Techniques and methods for approaching and solving complex problems strategically.
Systemic and strategic coaching:
- Application of systemic principles in coaching to improve professional and personal performance.
Treated psychopathologies
The program places particular emphasis on the treatment of the most complex disorders, such as:
- Panic attacks
- OCD
- Anorexia and binge eating
- Sexual dysfunctions
The methods taught in this master's degree are based on empirical and experimental research carried out by Giorgio Nardone since 1985. These techniques have proven their effectiveness and efficiency, offering rapid and lasting solutions to patients.
Teachers and methodology
Giorgio Nardone, student of Paul Watzlawick and founder of CTS Arezzo, is one of the main teachers of the program. Its treatment methods and protocols are recognized worldwide for their innovation and effectiveness. The faculty also includes international trainers from various professional fields, which enriches learning with multidisciplinary perspectives.
Conclusion
