What was the intervention methodology of LACT in the case of Sandra
The natural reaction to a blocked situation as described in the case, involving the hierarchy, is to say: we must talk to them, involve them and invite them to settle their problem with Sandra.
The methodology of our Firm is not that one because it is not a simple question of management
We focus, in our systemic approach, on detecting the disabling symptoms that have given rise to a dysfunctional way of reacting to a given problematic situation.
In this case of space, our initial diagnosis allowed us to note that only Sandra and the HRD were mobilizable, that Sandra had the necessary resources to overcome her problem but that she was temporarily unable to do so.
The different stages of our intervention were:
- to identify the actors involved
- to identify the dysfunctional actions carried out by each other
- to block them
- to identify the most mobilizable actors, in this case Sandra
- to highlight its resources and its limits
- to set up strategic coaching for her
Our approach is operational and ecological in the sense that we told Sandra:
- what to say and what to do
- how to say it and how to do it
- in which relational scheme
- while obviously taking into account its own resources and limitations
Our approach, strategic and systemic, is adapted to each case.
