Family caregiver: case study + video

Christine has been Bernard's assistant, Chief Financial Officer, for 10 years.

Bernard, who has noticed errors, repeated absences, less involvement from his collaborator for some time, has to check his work more and more and comes up against disappointments. In fact, he does not yet know that Christine is hosting his mother. Jeannette, suffering from Alzheimer's disease...

helping blog2In doing so, Christine has organized herself to deal with this new situation: she has now warned her employer and is doing everything to remain efficient professionally speaking.
Despite this, she dwells, ruminates a lot, and measures the harshness of her situation, which she finds unfair.
She obviously dreads the end of the day when she will find her mother at home. Afraid of no longer being able to cope, she makes mistakes and begins to be afraid of losing her job, which for her, in addition to economic issues, would be all the more dramatic since she would find herself all day face to face with his mother.
She therefore redoubles her efforts, apologizes to Bernard, loses her footing, without really opening up about her difficulties to her hierarchical superior.
She goes on forums, has the support of her sisters, which relieves her but not very durably.
Bernard then contacts the HRD to ask for his replacement.

blog helping3This generates 30 to 40% of depressed, diabetic, hypertensive people, plus a few other pathologies and of course, in addition to this social cost, a financial cost for the companies affected.

Our firm intervenes in this context, at the request of treating physicians, labor or HRDs.

Conflict management in a team - Case study + video

team management blogLudovic is in a war of attrition with his team. He manages 9 collaborators who pay little heed to his orders and the work schedule. He often stays in the evening to finish late files himself. His superior systematically supports him and does not hesitate to come to the rescue to restore some order. He may be firm and authoritarian, but nothing helps: they work little, take long breaks during the working day (coffee, lunch, cigarettes) and often express their dissatisfaction with Ludovic's mood swings. A peak!…
