Improvement of practice and quality monitoring

Improve their interventions by sharing with their peers

Claude de SCORRAILLE and Grégoire VITRY

This 9-session module allows you, after your training as a relationship clinician or in a clinical master's, to review the main concepts of the approach such as the elements of the framework and the different characteristics of the intervention (the problem-solving grid , strategic questioning, strategic communication, the stages of an intervention, the practitioner's posture, the therapeutic alliance, self-observation tools, etc.) and to take up the points on which you are having difficulty in your practice.

Description

This 9 half-day module allows students to enrich their practice by adapting their interventions as closely as possible to the structure of the problem to organize and manage themselves the sustainability and development of their achievements, their skills development and the deployment of its activity.

In this module, everyone presents a case for which they encounter a difficulty in the implementation of their practice, and receives from the supervisors, indications aimed at correcting or developing their skills, in terms of intervention strategy, therapeutic communication and relationship with the patient. Students and teachers observe and compare with each other the results of their observations.

During one of these 9 sessions, you present one or more cases. Practice supervision times are essential moments in the continuous process of learning, improving practice and developing the professional skills of the helping relationship practitioner.

Objective of the module

This module allows you to put into practice the learning acquired throughout your training course.

It allows you to develop and strengthen the dynamics of practice improvement through the sharing of experiences and skills between learner and experienced peers. This module helps you deploy your resources and skills and improve, by extension, the fluidity of your interventions.

Skills acquired at the end of the training (pedagogical objectives)

  • Discuss with his peer learners on his experiences as a practitioner by testifying to his questions, blockages, unblockings or discoveries in order to optimize individually and collectively the time and the quality of his interventions.
  • Evaluate the problem from different angles by adopting a more effective and efficient ecological approach.
  • Learn to calibrate your actions in order to optimize your interventions and reduce the drop-out.
  • Enrich one's theoretical and practical knowledge of intervention through testimonials from experienced peers, in order to stimulate and feed one's own personal progress objectives
