The systemic and strategic approach

It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificities and originality allow you to:

  • to know how to apprehend the complexity of human relationships and bring a biopsychosocial vision to the psychological and relational problems that develop in ever more volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous contexts (VUCA in English).
  • to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 essential techniques which are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to reduce the complexity of a relational situation without distorting it and to obtain effective operational effects and sustainability in resource development and problem solving.

Presentation of LACT

  • Officially representing the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto, the LACT intervention, research and training center offers long training courses, an internship course and short courses, all oriented towards the mastery and expertise of the implementation of strategic systemic intervention in different sectors of society (helping relationship, care, education, legal, etc.)
  • Lact is a Datadock, ODPC training organization, in a Qualiopi approach process.

Description

In the STRATEGIC COACH - Development Level training course, you will learn to manage and guide change in all its emotional and interactional dimensions. This approach will allow you to better calibrate your strategic communication and your relational leadership. With the implementation of problem solving, you will know how to better solve individual and collective problems that you may encounter in your professional life (conflicts, burn-out, harassment, relational problems, organizational changes).

This course includes 165 hours of lessons, approximately 150 hours of personal work.

  • 100% online, individual and collective supervision, individual or sub-group working time.
  • it is provided by specialized international trainers from the medical world, business, scientific research and universities.

Openings/specialization

The STRATEGIC COACH course allows you to acquire a specialization in knowledge and additional practical skills that are transversal and transferable for different types of activities and functions of business support professionals, both in the fields of solving complex problems and sensitive than in those of supporting and transforming organizations.

You obtain a Strategic Coach diploma at the end of the Practical Level.

Formation's goal

Master the design and implementation of systemic and strategic interventions within organizations (companies, administrations, associations, etc.) allowing support for transformation, the development of collective intelligence, prevention and management situations of suffering at work (conflicts, burn-out, harassment, conflicts, relational problems). Intervene in the resolution of complex and sensitive situations using the strategic systemic approach.

Skills acquired at the end of the training

  • Identify an intervention strategy appropriate to the dysfunctional systemic dynamics based on solutions already tested by the bearer of the problem and his entourage.

  • Use strategic communication to initiate and then reinforce the stakeholder-client relationship and client engagement in the change process.

  • Use self-observation of practice to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its interventions.

  • Deploy your systemic relational skills in the management and animation of a group (management, organization, family)

  • Structure a strategic systemic intervention using the problem solving methodology and strategic questioning in order to develop and recommend an appropriate intervention strategy for a complex organization.
  • Implement an appropriate collective intervention strategy acting on the emotional, behavioral, cognitive and interactional levels in order to support complex changes and transformations (of professions, organizations, digital, etc.).
  • Stimulate and revitalize the involvement and cooperation of the actors of the organization using collective intelligence tools and problem solving methodology in order to develop relational agility and team performance.
  • Stimulate health and quality of life at work using a biopsychosocial vision and the tools of the systemic and strategic approach, in order to resolve and prevent situations of suffering at work (conflicts, burn-out, harassment , relationship issues, etc.).
  • Develop their learning using the tools of self-observation of practice in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their interventions
