This half-day module allows you to become familiar with the so-called "idiot's game" model for dealing with bullying at school or at work.

This module presented by Philippe AÏm will deal with school bullying and its management according to the Brief Strategic Therapy.

It's about learning how to help a victim of harassment to stop being so, to get out of the grip

• On the theoretical level, the typologies of verbal aggression, the indications and contraindications of the method and the fields of application will be approached.
• On the practical level, demonstrations and exercises in pairs will allow you to acquire the tool.

• Conducting a session with a harassed consultant
• Transmit the elements of management and prevention of harassment
• Rhythm the intervention in stages according to the psychology of the patient
• Strengthen the self-confidence of people in harassing or aggressive relationships.

Philippe Aïm is a practitioner of Ericksonian hypnosis and brief solution-oriented therapies in Nancy and Paris. He also devotes himself to training in these methods in various organizations aimed at professionals. He has already published Listen, speak: treat with Vuibert and L'hypnose, ça marche vrai with Éditions Marabout.

Obtaining the certificate for this module requires: 

• to have passed 75% of the homework to be done outside of class (MCQ, videos, homework, collaborative work, etc.) 
• to have attended at least 75% of the course sessions 

Assessment of student satisfaction
