This 2-session module accompanies you in your installation and in the development of your activity as a practitioner.


This module accompanies you in your installation and in the development of your activity and, the different stages of the module are thought out and structured to allow you to match what you are, to sell and to communicate to gain in clarity, fluidity and congruence in order to take your business deployment to the next level.

During the different sessions, times of sharing and practice will be orchestrated to allow you to become aware of your achievements, your progress, your limits.

Objective of the module

Allow business creators and buyers in the field of problem solving support:

  • to acquire the basic skills necessary for their installation
  • assess their own resources to effectively undertake
  • concretely assess the feasibility of their installation project
  • to make the economic, legal, tax, social and administrative choices best suited to an effective launch and the sustainability of the activity

Skills acquired at the end of the training (pedagogical objectives)

At the end of the training, thanks to a collective and individualized support, the student is able to:

  • clearly visualize your business creation project in the field of problem solving support
  • define their own options, consistent with their vision and person, throughout their entrepreneurial project
  • identify the obstacles encountered in terms of development opportunities
  • Congruently adjust their communication and posture to their client and their context

These specific skills allow the young entrepreneur to perpetuate his activity beyond the launch phases.

Target audience and prerequisites

Targeted audience :

  • Support, education and helping relationship professional (coach, psychologist, manager, HR, consultant, doctor, nurse, education and social work professional, etc.)
  • Intervening in the clinical world (doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, pharmacist, nurse, etc.).
  • Prerequisites : Commitment to create or take over a business

     Admission to this training takes place:

    •   Either on title: BAC.
    •   Either upon validation of professional and personal achievements: the VAPP (decree of 2013) can be granted to people who do not meet the aforementioned conditions, after explaining their reasons.
  •    Correct command of French (being able to express oneself orally and in writing)
  •    Digital prerequisite =
  •     Have a computer (with camera and microphone) and a phone in good working order
  •     Have a regularly used email address
  •     Have internet access with sufficient speed (videoconferencing, video playback)
  •     Have a place suitable for monitoring the training
  •     Know how to use basic digital tools: internet, messaging, search engine
  •     Know how to use word processing tools, spreadsheets and presentation tools (power point type)


Vira HENG : Systemic Coach and Trainer, trained at LACT, at the DESU Practice of Coaching at the University of Paris 8 and at EM Lyon. Manager in publishing for 15 years in commercial and marketing positions, she founded L'envol du cygne and now supports entrepreneurs and professionals in making their professional transition, finding their way and launching their business.

Interactive and experiential approach

  • Individual work, in pairs and sub-groups during and outside the sessions
  • Excerpts from intervention sessions or complete sessions 
  • Group facilitation method (LS/Wooclap)
  • Analysis and sharing of experiences

Evaluation and monitoring methods

Obtaining the certificate for this module requires: 

  • to have passed 75% of the homework to be done outside of class (MCQ, videos, homework, collaborative work, etc.) 
  • to have attended at least 75% of the course sessions 

At the end of the training, a satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by each participant so that he can assess the relevance of the training content with regard to his professional practice.
