      The systemic and strategic approach

It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificity is:

      • to know how to apprehend the complexity of human relations and bring a global vision to psychological and relational problems.
      • to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 techniques that are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to obtain effective and lasting operational effects in terms of problem solving.

      Presentation of LACT

      • Representing the Palo Alto School, the LACT intervention, research and training center offers long training courses, an internship course and short courses on the implementation of strategic systemic intervention in different sectors.
      • Lact is a Datadock * training organization, Qualiopi® ** certified for professional training:
        • * A Datadocké training organization has posted on the Datadock platform all the factual elements proving that it meets the quality requirements dictated by law. Funders can therefore register LACT in a reference catalog and thus allow the financing of services.
        • ** Qualiopi® certification is issued by certifying bodies accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) on the basis of the single national reference system mentioned in article L.6316-3 of the labor code, so that they can benefit from funds from the organizations mentioned in Article L. 6316-1 of the Labor Code (OPCOs, Transition-Pro, State, regions, Caisse des dépôts et consignations, Pôle emploi, Agefiph).
The QUALIOPI brand is a guarantee mark promoting services with particular qualities and meeting specific requirements, detailed in article R6316-1 of the Labor Code and in the appendix to decree no. 2019-565 of June 6, 2019 .

      Description

The “ Fundamentals of intervention in strategic systemic approach ” level includes 104 hours of training (including 3 individual supervisions of 45 minutes) and approximately 90 hours of personal work. It enables the acquisition of fundamental skills in a systemic approach.

      • 100% online, it alternates face-to-face half-days, individual and collective supervision, individual or sub-group working time.
      • it is provided by specialized international trainers from the medical world, business, scientific research and universities.

      Openings/specialization:

The “Basics of intervention in a strategic systemic approach” can be transferred to different types of activities and functions of support, education and helping relationship professionals or those working in the clinical world.

      Formation's goal

Intervene in the resolution of complex and sensitive situations using the strategic systemic approach.

      Skills targeted by the training

      • Propose to the beneficiary of the intervention an alternative representation of his problem using the interactional diagram.

      • Identify an intervention strategy appropriate to the dysfunctional systemic dynamics based on solutions already tested by the bearer of the problem and his entourage.

      • Use strategic communication to initiate and then reinforce the stakeholder-client relationship and client engagement in the change process.

      • Use self-observation of practice to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its interventions.

      • Deploy your systemic relational skills in the management and animation of a group (management, organization, family)
