Certification in strategic systemic approach - initiation level is established at the end of the training and requires:
- to have passed 75% of the homework to be done outside of class (MCQ, videos, homework, collaborative work, etc.) - duration of homework outside of class: 10 1/2 days spread over the year
- to have followed the 3 individual supervisions (mandatory presence)
- to have attended at least 75% of the 25 half-day course
- to have obtained the average in the evaluations established by the trainers, in particular in individual / collective supervision according to 3 axes (Strategy, Communication, Relationship)
