The systemic and strategic approach

It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificity and originality are:

  • to know how to apprehend the complexity of human relationships and bring a biopsychosocial vision to the psychological and relational problems that develop in ever more volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous contexts (VUCA in English).
  • to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 essential techniques which are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to reduce the complexity of a relational situation without distorting it and to obtain effective operational effects and sustainability in resource development and problem solving.

Presentation of PARIS 8

  • Paris 8 University is a central teaching and research center in Île-de-France in the field of humanities, which has always had as its main objective to bring students to a better understanding of the contemporary world while providing them with the tools for integrating into society on a long-term basis. The innovative nature of the learning it offers has its origins in its openness to areas hitherto little present in the French University. Paris 8 is also distinguished by its desire to maintain a very strong link between research and teaching , both nationally and internationally, relying, among other things, on new teaching methods. It is in this perspective that a partnership between Lact and Paris 8 was set up with the aim of promoting the model of the strategic systemic approach.

Presentation of LACT

  • The LACT intervention, research and training center offers long training courses, an internship course and short courses, all oriented towards mastery and expertise in the implementation of strategic systemic intervention in different sectors of activity of society (helping relationship, care, education, legal, etc.)
  • Lact is a Datadock, ODPC training organization, in a Qualiopi approach process.

Description

The "Clinician of Reation and Strategic Intervention" includes 92 hours of lessons (including 3 individual supervisions of 45 minutes), approximately 90 hours of personal work and 147 hours of practical training. It makes it possible to acquire a first generalist level in methodology and practice in the strategic systemic approach.

  • 100% online, it alternates face-to-face half-days, individual and collective supervision, individual or sub-group working time.
  • it is provided by specialized international trainers from the medical world, business, scientific research and universities.

Openings/specialization

The "Relationship and Strategic Intervention Clinician  " provides knowledge and an alternative systemic and strategic vision of relational regulations in the formation and resolution of psychological and relational problems. This additional cross-cutting contribution is transferable to different types of activities and functions of support, education and helping relationship professionals or stakeholders in the clinical world.

Formation's goal

Acquire the theoretical and practical bases of Systemic and Strategic intervention and understand complex and sensitive situations from a professional interactional perspective.

Skills acquired at the end of the training

  • Master the concepts of the strategic systemic approach developed by the school of Palo Alto and developed in its research centers,
  • Master the techniques of solving psychological and relational problems according to the strategic systemic approach,
  • Adapt their strategy, their communication and relational attitude within the framework of therapeutic practice,
  • Use Problem Solving tools effectively.
