PRESENTATION OF OUR SCHOOL
The systemic and strategic model was born from the desire of a team of psychiatrists, philosophers, anthropologists and engineers from the Mental Research Institute (MRI) of Palo Alto to provide effective and efficient therapeutic assistance to the psychological and relational suffering of their patients. . It is an approach focused on the resolution of psychological and relational problems oriented on the present in all types of contexts (problems relating to oneself, to others or to the world in general). Therapeutic intervention aims at a concrete objective of change and is based on a fundamental concept: the cessation of attempts at a solution. The practitioner uses strategies to make the patient live concrete emotional experiences of change, which will allow him to find a new solution. This model is intended to be non-normative, non-pathologizing and empowering; it solicits the active participation of the person with a view to lasting change. The training starts from the difficulties of health professionals in the face of their patients' resistance to change in current therapeutic processes (e.g. difficult relationship with the patient, difficult relational environments of patients which influence the therapeutic process, difficulties in observing prescriptions medical procedures, management of complaints from patients and those around them, etc.).
The problems treated with the strategic systemic approach are both collective and individual, professional and personal (Addictions, Bi-polar disorders, Lack of self-confidence, Service delivery problems, Conflicts, Burn-out, Eating disorders, Problems of couples - families - school, Depression, Harassment, Suffering at work, TOC, Anxiety disorders, Sexual disorders, Panic attacks…).

PEDAGOGY
Our training is designed to facilitate learning and adapt it to your study requirements.
For this reason, we favored proximity and repetition. The courses are organized according to a rhythm that allows you to acquire the best knowledge, advancing regularly and gradually. You also have the opportunity to see yourself learn and review the lessons because all the interventions are recorded and made available to you. Benjamin Franklin said, “Tell me and I'll forget it. Teach me and I will remember. Involve me and I will learn.” Our pedagogical approach is centered on practice thanks to simulations, role plays, exercises and live case studies so that you can better appropriate the course content. We ask you to be active and intervene in class in scenarios to put into practice the knowledge acquired and obtain personalized feedback from the teachers.
OUR TRAINING PLATFORM
Thanks to a remote and live interactional learning platform, you will follow the courses by participating from your home or your workplace. Our webinar training is at the service of interaction. It promotes a common pedagogical and learning path that stimulates cooperation and the vitality of the network of participants. A system that facilitates the monitoring of training. What are my possibilities? It is entirely possible for you at first to follow only a few à la carte modules to meet your needs without committing to the full year.
If you decide to continue and register for the full year at the end, the modules you have taken will be deducted from the annual price. - What are we asked for as an internship?
It is a practical and/or observation internship, which you can do in a center or a firm of colleagues, which allows you to question your learning.
From the 2nd and 3rd year, he asked you to put yourself into practice. If you are already practicing, you may be able to incorporate your own practice into your course, but you will be required to dedicate time from your practice to applying the model so that you can develop something that matches our training.

It is by doing when you learn.

The tactics of change, the prescriptions, the strategic communication, the strategy of resolution of complex problems are as many elements which come to consolidate and enrich the accompaniment of a customer.
It is a very complete training, with very high quality speakers who are available and attentive, both in class times, supervisions, and during the many international webinars and meetings between professionals linked to the SYPRES network.
The LACT training made me discover a very advanced dynamic interactional and above all relational therapeutic modality.
Lact has been a real lever for professional repositioning in strategic and systemic coaching on the axis of the prevention of psychosocial risks in business and change management.
Quality distance learning with a diversity of content and teaching methods implemented. The modules are led by competent and fascinating speakers.
Very effective and motivating first year at LACT
LACT offers very interesting training, allowing rapid professional use by relying on excellent trainers!
The very well mastered technical methods make it possible to follow the training at a distance in the richness of the exchanges both with the teachers and with the other students.
Very good training, exciting content.
The trainers are very interesting and competent and the managers very available and attentive.
Finally, it's still too little to say "Thank you" but, with a lot of emotions, I say it to you anyway, thank you.
LACT offers a rigorous and challenging training method; the Clinical Master in partnership with the CTS allowed me to make real progress in my practice, measurable and encouraging for the rest of my practice.
training by LACT allows you to strengthen your skills by being in a remote region of the world the important dimension of clinical practice through exercises and supervision and the constant use of digital technology also constitute added value.
Lact offers content and quality of distance education that I have not found on other training networks. The teachers are accessible and the content is rich.
A very good year of training with LACT as part of the DU Clinic of the relationship and Strategic Intervention. I feel like I learned a lot, both practically and theoretically, which will enrich my professional posture and action.
Quality, dynamic and practical training; the quality of the speakers; access to personalities of international standing is an additional asset.
It is still an understatement to say that the study, reading or re-reading of the recommended works could only be performative on the ultimate condition of summoning passion, itself aroused as much by the disciplines and protocols approached as by the people who wear them. And allow them, my colleagues.
The training works really well remotely, in a format of 3 hours of lessons per week. The mix of practical exercises, theoretical contributions and structured work in learner pairs is relevant. Access to very high quality international speakers (France, Italy, USA).
LACT offers an alliance of theory and practice, mix of diversified and intersecting backgrounds of students (medical, business, university), very high quality of trainers (availability, rigor, methods, respect, etc.), supervision, requirement, follow-up students…
The content of this training is very surprising (great discovery of brilliant methods); very difficult for me it was not to be "carried away" by the emotions of the students (panic, many unofficial criticisms (...).
I found at LACT a structured and progressive training, with speakers of great human and technical qualities, which allowed me to progress methodically to become an effective professional in my practice.
After a very dense third year, I particularly appreciated being able to deepen more practical notions and to share the problems common to all beginners in practice. This accompaniment is particularly reassuring and makes it possible to refine the professionalization of the profession of systemic therapist.
In retraining after a long period of physical and mental incapacity, this training carries me and deploys my human qualities.
I attest to the relevance of the LACT diploma course “strategic systemic approach”. Its digital format, the openness to integrated approaches, the quality of the teaching team and the skills provided make this diploma course of high quality.
LACT is interested in and integrates into the training course for future systemic workers a specific module of psychopathology according to the scientific references in force. I unreservedly recommend LACT for all those who wish to learn and train in family or individual systemic therapies or who wish to deepen strategic brief systemic therapy intervention techniques.
This training has really changed my way of approaching situations, of conducting interviews with my interlocutors. Today I am able to handle a certain number of situations on my own and defuse them quickly.
The training offers the possibility, even remotely, to carry out exercises in small groups or in large groups as if we were still all face to face. The exercises done over the course allow you to measure the progress made over the assimilation of the concepts presented.
As a psychiatrist, I had the opportunity to put this approach into practice both with the medical teams for which I was responsible and with my patients. I was thus able to see all its interest in the daily clinic because of the consideration of the different systems in which it participates and the possibility of developing a therapeutic strategy specific to the problem.
This training is a mix of theory, practice and role play. I appreciated the quality of the speakers and their different personalities. The platform is a fantastic tool that allows many things, including establishing a quality relationship via the web.
It is a very interactive training, online. Great for those who live on the other side of the world! The very high quality speakers and the team are very positive points.
I liked the richness of the content, the knowledge and the contribution of the international speakers. The operation of the ZOOM platform is super fluid and allows you to meet virtually. Individual supervision is formative and allows you to progress faster.
This training of a high level of professionalism brought me a teaching of a quality that exceeded my expectations. This approach allows me to intervene in the global and systemic psychological management of complex family situations of childcare, in a context of forced help.
The MOODLE platform allows you to review all the courses by video, there are also course notes. I like it a lot because it allows you to memorize and review notions that are less clear. The tests at the end of the course force us to reflect on what we have understood or not. It allows us to go deeper.
The content is well balanced with theory and practice. The flexibility of the web in no way hinders the quality of presence. I also liked the variety of speakers offered.
I realized all the interest of the systemic approach which makes it possible to work with the person who wants to change the situation and not necessarily with the person identified by the organization as having a problem.
As an addiction clinician, I cannot stress enough the importance of acquiring strategic problem-solving processes that integrate the patient's system into a holistic approach. I can only advise working to facilitate the opening and accessibility of this LACT training to as many clinicians as possible.
This teaching is consistent, precise, deep, practical, effective and emotionally correcting! Pure happiness! I liked the very rich marriage between learning through experience and the academic dimension.
I appreciated the quality of the speakers and the educational aspect of the training.
The speakers of LACT by the control, the expertise and the quality of their methodological approach were able to develop a real animation of group and impulse a positive dynamics.
I found this online learning to be practical (saving time, etc.). Everything is well organized (reminders, links ...) it's really nice.
When I signed up, I had some concerns about how remote learning would work. But it is a complete success! Thank you for this year rich in learning which has already demonstrated its effectiveness in practice and which has brought me new skills!
I particularly appreciated being able to put the method into practice in my office from the first year of training. I was delighted to see the availability and responsiveness of the teachers.
I particularly appreciate the interactivity facilitated by the ZOOM tool, the practical application of theoretical notions as one goes along as well as the work in sub-groups. The international speakers and the diversity of the participants (jobs, countries, approach, etc.) is also a positive point in this training.
Very satisfied with the speakers, tools, content and conditions of the training.
This training in systemic and strategic thinking gradually infiltrates our minds and when its logic sets in, it illuminates it and it's magic!
The platform is easy and intuitive.
Discovering the systemic and strategic approach of Palo Alto through this training allows you to acquire the keys to a different perception of problem solving. The strength of this approach is such that in a short time, we get into the logic and we gradually appropriate the systemic grid, so much so that it even becomes present in everyday life or in business.
A practical and efficient interface that allows you to easily navigate through the different tabs.
The speakers are of excellent quality and very attentive to the learners. The very different profiles and personalities add to this overall quality. The content is rich.
I consider this training to be the most serious and comprehensive in terms of strategic systemic intervention currently available, carried out by the best international specialists.
The training gave complete satisfaction as much by the professionalism of the speakers, the quality of their interventions, the adaptability to the multidisciplinary institutional public, the great availability to provide any additional information requested by the people in training as by the nature of the theme addressed.
This “indirect” approach is, from my point of view, very often useful or even necessary in business. The first 2 years, Initiation and Practice, were extremely dense in terms of theoretical contributions and very rich from the point of view of the diversity of the speakers and the quality of the exchanges and scenarios.
This training around strategic therapy has allowed me to considerably enrich my practice as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist that I have been practicing as a liberal for 6 years and has brought a more strategic framework to my sessions.
The speakers, of high quality, come from the four corners of the world: they share their experience with conviction and passion. A rich experience that opens up infinite perspectives and just waiting to be consolidated... Can't wait for the 2nd year!
We can only hope that training in systemic approaches develops in the field of addiction and mental health.
External or internal coaches, professionals in the HR function and other types of stakeholders in the fields of occupational health in the broad sense, could with great interest benefit from such training promoting a psychological approach. global, contextualized and systemic of complex human and relational situations.
The professional relationship that the course makes it possible to establish with occupational medicine and prevention is entirely relevant and truly meets the needs for consultations on suffering at work and the resolution of the most worrying cases.
The approach methodology offered by LACT to psycho-social disorders in the company, both individually and collectively, has enabled us to provide solutions to complex situations.
The approaches where the subject is at the center of the clinic and the therapeutic approach aim to improve symptoms most often attributed to the individual himself and sometimes to a context from which he is often extracted by hospitalization.
The courses, very lively and rich, are led by a passionate and motivated team who really care about making known and transmitting this strategic systemic approach.
The diploma course is particularly interesting because of its flexibility linked to its digital format. The teaching team is dynamic, in constant reflection, concerned with improving content and knowledge based on the most recent work.
LACT thanks to its methodology has arrived at convincing results, allowing reflection, but also the management of critical situations. As Director of Purchasing, Sustainable Development and Logistics within a new group, AP-HP. Sorbonne University, I can only recommend this training firm.
I myself followed this diploma course, of which I underline the interest of the content which integrates knowledge and skills in the field as well as the relevance of the model itself which no longer needs to be demonstrated.
These are systemic therapies that place the interaction of the individual with his environment at the center of the concerns of therapists. They offer tools for evaluating the interactional modes and their links with the various disorders from which an individual may suffer, as well as tools for therapeutic intervention.
I particularly appreciated the precise questioning carried out during the first session which makes it possible to clearly understand the mode of operation of the client in relation to his problem and to identify, thus, the type of relationship he maintains with it.
I allow myself to strongly recommend it to those who wish to progress in the field of the social field.
This web-training is provided via an innovative system, in total interactivity, combining theory with a lot of practice, from the start, in order to allow participants to assimilate the concepts and make them concrete.
Coach of leaders, I was able to deepen my techniques and tools to gain in efficiency.
This 1st year has been extremely rich with solid content and high quality speakers.
The immersion in the system has produced a reframing in my life which will allow me, perhaps, to help others to follow the same path.
The quality of the speakers is undeniable, the diversity of the speakers is good, the mix of concept and practice is balanced. Keys are offered to us to do even more (readings, webinar) and the digital mode is flexible and quite appropriate.
Rich and qualitative course, the fact that the courses are available on the platform and can be viewed at any time makes it possible to better deepen the points according to the learning needs of each one.
A rich and quality training with speakers whose skills are well established.
The exchanges and sharing of practice with high-level professionals as with the other promotion interns bring me a different perspective on the events and especially the relational loops put in place for our patients/clients as for ourselves.
Learning strategic dialogue is not only useful but strong in reflection and emotion for those who receive it.
As a therapist in the making, it opens my mind and also makes me more tolerant of other value systems than my own. The system is taught at LACT with professionalism in the real crucible of the masters and founders of this specific and effective therapy in the face of blocked mechanisms, dysfunctional interactions.
It's super rewarding to get involved.
Very rich and unforgettable experience.
Lact offers a very diversified and complete training course; the speakers are multiple and offer exciting content both intellectually and for our professional practice.
The availability of the team and their desire to do the best for everyone are very significant and appreciated; the training is also a highlight of meetings with both the trainers and the participants. Thank you.
This school allowed me a serious and harmonizing reconversion. The strategic system has opened my eyes to the benefit of my patients

Year extremely rich in teaching and practices. Very high quality of the speakers. I leave with tools in hand and the ability to resolve a number of pathological disorders for which I was powerless. A big thank-you. An effective year.

Generalist systemic training in partnership with the University of Paris 8 and Professor Nardone's CTS
This generalist systemic training offers a course in collaboration with the University of Paris 8 comprising 3 study cycles.

Description
The systemic and strategic approach
It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificity and originality are:
- to know how to apprehend the complexity of human relationships and bring a biopsychosocial vision to the psychological and relational problems that develop in ever more volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous contexts (VUCA in English).
- to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 essential techniques which are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to reduce the complexity of a relational situation without distorting it and to obtain effective operational effects and sustainability in resource development and problem solving.
Presentation of PARIS 8
Paris 8 University is a central teaching and research center in Île-de-France in the field of humanities, which has always had as its main objective to bring students to a better understanding of the contemporary world while providing them with the tools for integrating into society on a long-term basis. The innovative nature of the learning it offers has its origins in its openness to areas hitherto little present in the French University. Paris 8 is also distinguished by its desire to maintain a very strong link between research and teaching, both nationally and internationally, by relying, among other things, on new teaching methods. It is in this perspective that a partnership between LACT and Paris 8 was set up with the aim of promoting the model of the strategic systemic approach. Within this framework of collaboration, the three generalist systemic training cycles can be certified by the University of Paris 8.
Presentation of LACT
The intervention, research and training center LACT offers this systemic training divided into three cycles: Foundations, Practice and Improvement. This course offers mastery and expertise in the implementation of strategic systemic intervention in different sectors of activity in society (helping relationship, care, education, legal, etc.)
- Lact is a Datadock, ODPC training organization, in a Qualiopi approach process.
Description
The generalist systemic training over 3 teaching cycles makes it possible to acquire the generalist diploma in methodology and practice in the strategic systemic approach "Clinician of the relationship". Each cycle of the course can be certified by the University of Paris 8.
- 100% online, it alternates face-to-face half-days, individual and collective supervision, individual or sub-group working time.
- it is provided by specialized international trainers from the medical world, business, scientific research and universities.
Opportunities
Each cycle of the course is validated by a diploma corresponding to the foundation, practical and advanced levels. Each of these cycles can be certified by the University of Paris 8. The “Clinician of the relationship” validates the three teaching cycles. It makes it possible to acquire knowledge and a systemic and strategic alternative vision of relational regulations in the formation and resolution of psychological and relational problems. This additional cross-cutting contribution is transferable to different types of activities and functions of support, education and helping relationship professionals or stakeholders in the clinical world. It allows access to the qualification of systémicien® which requires 3 to 5 years of study and 500 hours of practice if these conditions are met.
Formation's goal
Acquire the theoretical and practical bases of Systemic and Strategic intervention and understand complex and sensitive situations from a professional interactional perspective.
Acquired skills
- Master the concepts of the strategic systemic approach developed by the school of Palo Alto and developed in its research centers,
- Master the techniques of solving psychological and relational problems according to the strategic systemic approach,
- Adapt their strategy, their communication and relational attitude within the framework of therapeutic practice,
- Use Problem Solving tools effectively.
Complementary specializations
