      Testimony :

"I am present at the sessions organized by LACT as a subscriber and this is the 4th time that I have come. I take pleasure in coming and discovering new subjects. As Delegated Manager of a Consulting and support related to the management of PSR, I come across many cases and these sessions also help me to clarify certain situations over the course of the workshops. And the requests from the Advisory and Support Platform are not lacking. In 2010, we identified 30 cases, 85 in 2011,155 in 2012 and since the beginning of the year 85. I intend to register for other sessions because the topics studied at LACT allow me to obtain a good understanding of the situations encountered."
Sylvie Lamoureux (Delegate Manager of RATP's PSR Advisory and Support Platform)"

      What are LACT workshops?

Every month, LACT organizes a workshop-roundtable around the theme of psychosocial risks, the way to apprehend them and prevent them within the company: moral harassment, burn-out and risky behaviors that lead there, the management of difficult personalities, etc.

These workshops are intended for representatives of the HR function (HRD, RRH, HR development manager, training manager) and executives directly or indirectly concerned by these subjects (executives, team managers).

These workshops are designed to be a meeting place between counterparts or peers who exchange their experiences on these subjects, as well as a moment of learning a new way of considering PSR and treating it, developed by LACT.

Each workshop is organized in two stages:

      • a round table where each participant explains in a few lines his work environment and a concrete situation from his daily life, in connection with the theme of the workshop and on which he wishes to work;
      • the detailed study of a concrete case, analyzed and commented on by the speakers of LACT, making it possible to clarify the topic of the day and the situations exposed by the participants.

Each participant in the workshop benefits, in the following month, from an individual telephone interview during which he can return to the case presented in the workshop or to a new case of his choice.

Any first participation in our workshops is free. Participants can then subscribe for 5 or 10 workshops addressing different themes and subjects.

What do participants think of our workshops?

At the end of each workshop, our participants answer a short evaluation questionnaire. Here are the gist of their answers .

Their motivations for participating in the workshop: a methodology for sustainable results

Spontaneously, they declare having multiple objectives and expectations logically favoring the search for information on PSR (27%), the discovery of our working method (24%), information on tools to understand and solve their problem (23%) and meeting peers to share and discuss these topics (23%).

More specifically, they come to discover our methodology which combines problem solving with RPS prevention.
In other words, faced with the obligation of result incumbent on the company in terms of PSR prevention, the HR and managers concerned seek above all effective resolution and prevention solutions, with lasting results.

The meeting dimension (with counterparts or with LACT speakers) also completes their motivations.

A quarter of them really expect to work on the problem that concerns them during the workshop, which is made possible by the speaker, either during the round table, or during the case analyzed and commented on. , or during the individual telephone interview, a few days after the workshop.

100% of participants interested in the content of our workshops... and almost all convinced...

All participants said they were interested in the content (100%), and the majority said so with enthusiasm (yes, absolutely: 56%).

They testify to a very good match between the content of the workshop (theme, chosen and illustrated cases, way of approaching PSR) and their professional concerns, as well as a very good level of competence and expertise of the share of stakeholders (three-quarters describe it as excellent).

Beyond the prevention concerns that concern them all, they seem very largely convinced that LACT can meet their needs, and even more clearly in terms of resolving PSR disorders.

      In terms of problem solving

It is for situations of post-traumatic stress, harassment, more general stress and, to a lesser extent, burn-out that the participants evaluate our work methodology which can be useful to them in their role today. Situations in which, beyond the existing tools, HRDs or managers still seem relatively helpless, in terms of effective and sustainable results.

      In terms of prevention

The prevention of stress and the training of managers also remain the two subjects on which our work methodology can be useful to them in their role today. These are fairly natural and pragmatic gateways to considering PSR prevention.

Support for change and training HR teams in a problem-solving approach are also very valuable avenues
for effectively completing a preventive system as a whole.
A good half of our participants have already clearly perceived this, and rightly so.
