Decision,
but what decision?

"Getting out of a linear causality"

Dr. Robert NEUBURGER

This Masterclass  is aimed at anyone interested in the systemic therapeutic model applied to complex systems and offers tools to go through problems with a strategic eye,

Description

Decisions involve choices based on variables related to the resources of the system considered and the external context: political, sociological, economic, ecological conditions, etc. The module is intended to show the different readings that can be made of the same problem: linear, circular, systemic two-level causal readings from a constructivist matrix.
The question is, how to articulate these different readings to arrive at the most functional decision?

Objective of the module

  • Develop each level of reading, each logic and show from the constructivist model how the different logics make it possible to bring out different readings of the same situation.

  • Scenarios will be provided.

Module program

• Session 1: Friday 19/01/2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Europe/Paris: Decision, but what decision-making? - S1 - Robert NEUBURGER - ENEM9 - 2023/24

Skills acquired at the end of the training (pedagogical objectives)

  • All the decision proposals arising from different readings of the same situation will, of course, bear witness to the same truth value, but will not have the same pragmatic consequences. So, the result is to obtain a logical, acceptable and consensual decision from an ethics of choice.

  • Describe the dysfunctional and pathogenic regulatory dynamics associated with business issues in order to guide the most effective and efficient intervention strategy.
  • Gain strategic flexibility.
