       Systemic family and couple therapist, full member of the French Society of Family Therapy (SFTF) and the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA)

      This 4 half-day module presents different specific disorders and the means to understand them through a strategic systemic vision.

      Description

       This module offers tools to navigate these specific problems linked to learning processes with a systemic and strategic vision, it provides participants with a better understanding of how this type of problem works and sheds light on the position that the therapist must adopt.

      Objective of the module

      • Identify dysfunctional processes in assistance and disability situations:
      • Learn to handle difficult situations in class
      • Identify and use resources for atypical children
      • Learn to intervene effectively to overcome the different types of resistance to change in their patient/client.
      • Learn the tools of indirect intervention strategies

      Skills acquired at the end of the training (pedagogical objectives)

      • Identify atypical children and dysfunctional processes in children and those around them
      • Identify the resources to develop in these children
      • Implement indirect approaches to promote the development of its resources
      • Include family and friends in indirect approaches
      • Carry out an effective therapeutic intervention with those around you

      • Any student or professional in the field of accompaniment and helping relationship
      • No prerequisites

      Jean-Paul GAILLARD : Psychologist, systemic family and couple therapist, full member of the French Society of Family Therapy (SFTF) and the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA) He is also an honorary university professor, and co-founded the third generation systemic institute (IS3G).

      Evaluation and monitoring methods

      Obtaining the certificate for this module requires: 

      • to have passed 75% of the homework to be done outside of class (MCQ, videos, homework, collaborative work, etc.) 
      • to have attended at least 75% of the course sessions 

      Assessment of student satisfaction

      At the end of the training, a satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by each participant so that they can assess the relevance of the content of the training with regard to their professional practice and the achievement of their objectives.
