Lact integrates into all your training courses, times of individual and collective supervision, forming an integral part of the educational course on the way to your autonomy of practice; practice supervision times are essential moments in the continuous process of learning, improving practice and developing the professional skills of the practitioner of the helping relationship.

Description

This module allows you, at three different times in your training year (relationship or hypnosis clinician, whatever your level - foundations/practical development/expert-certified), to present one (or more) cases for which one(s) you encounter a difficulty in the implementation of your practice, during real sessions or exercises in pairs and to receive from the supervisor indications aimed at correcting or developing/consolidating your skills, in terms of intervention strategy, therapeutic communication and relationship with the patient.

Objective of the module

Depending on your level of training, you will therefore be led to learn, correct and perfect your practice based on a strategic, communicational or relational difficulty encountered in the implementation of your practice of strategic systemic intervention or hypnosis. , exhibited under direct supervision.

Module program

3 sessions of 45' will be scheduled at the rate of one session every 6 to 8 weeks, between January and June 2025.

A transition schedule will be drawn up and communicated at the start of the training (during December 2024)

Skills acquired at the end of the training (pedagogical objectives)

  • Restore your understanding of the patient's situation as an intervener, using the perception-reaction diagram, in order to describe, or even complete the complete process of the patient's problem 
  • Identify and formulate your level of difficulty encountered, specifying whether it is of a strategic, communicational or relational nature in order to guide the request for help from the supervisor
  • Enrich your practice in terms of strategy, communication and relationship with your patients by implementing the technical indications of the supervisor, in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your interventions

Target audience and prerequisites

Prerequisites:

Any student of training courses in strategic systemic approach or in hypnosis; and any helping relationship professional sensitized to the systemic approach

  • Correct command of French (being able to express oneself orally and in writing)
  • Commitment to practicing intervention sessions
  • Digital prerequisites:
    • Have a computer (with camera and microphone) and a phone in good working order
    • Have a regularly used email address
    • Have internet access with sufficient speed (videoconferencing, video playback)
    • Have a place suitable for monitoring the training
    • Know how to use basic digital tools: internet, messaging, search engine
    • Know how to use word processing tools, spreadsheets and presentation tools (power point type)

Former

Olivier BROSSEAU: Strategic coach, therapist in strategic systemic approach and associated with LACT. He teaches and trains via the web at the relationship clinic within the LACT international school at the IAE in Paris within the Master of Administrations and Businesses module "Organizations and behavior". It intervenes in the field of regulation of psychosocial disorders in the form of individual consultation and collective intervention within companies and institutions (directors, managers, employees). Co-author “When work hurts”, “Strategies for change, 16 therapeutic prescriptions”.

Vincent GERARD : Clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and trained in Erichsonian, systemic hypnosis and solution-oriented therapy. For more than 25 years, he has been offering concrete, rapid and effective therapeutic tools to people who are confronted, at some point in their lives, with a personal, family, professional or emotional problem. He is a lecturer, he has trained many psycho-medico-social workers in Belgium, France, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Claude de SCORRAILLE : Psychologist, psychotherapist and co-founder of LACT, of which she is the president. She runs the OCD and Anxiety Disorders Clinic in partnership with the European center the OCD Clinic. She teaches and trains via the web at the relationship clinic within the international school LACT. Within the CSAPA of Montreuil, she has a consultation specializing in addiction disorders and supervises the team. She is the co-author of several books and regularly gives conferences.

PhD Grégoire VITRY: Director and co-founder of the LACT international training school. Scientific director of the LACT research international program. He is co-author of the book When Work Hurts and Strategies for Change . He is co-author of various research articles Redundant Attempted Solutions: 50 years of Theory, Evolution, and New Supporting Data ; Effectiveness and efficiency of the systemic and strategic approach in the resolution of conflicts at work .

Claire TANNE : Relationship clinician and trainer. Sales manager in the medical industry for 7 years, she trained in 2011 in systemic coaching with A. Cardon and JA. Malarewicz then approaching Palo Alto at LACT. Founder of the firm Grana skills, she intervenes to support women and men to regain their place on the stage of their lives.

 Anne-Charlotte de MAUPEOU : Relationship clinician, coach and trainer. After 10 years dedicated to the commercial development of an SME, she trained in support and worked first as a practitioner in body therapies then as a coach and trainer within xpand France from 2011. She discovered Palo Alto's systemic approach thanks to Lact in 2016 and has been putting it into practice since 2020 in his private practice by supporting adults and couples.

 
Fanny MONTULET : Systemic clinical psychologist. Working in professional and social reintegration, she trained in the Palo Alto approach at LACT. A psychotherapist, she offers support to anyone who wishes to evolve in the direction of individual and relational well-being, better self-knowledge and stronger self-confidence.
 
Erzana SZWERTAK : Relationship clinician, hypnotherapist, coach and trainer.
Practitioner in family and marital therapy. She perfected the Palo Alto approach at LACT. Receives in her private practice, where she offers tailor-made support in order to release potential and guide everyone towards self-improvement through psychology, philosophy, hypnosis, neuroscience and NLP.
 

Modality, means and teaching aids

Interactive and experiential approach

  • Remote and recorded live supervision session, which allows later viewing of the session by the student
  • Support for the supervision to be prepared in advance by the student and to be submitted 48 hours before the supervision session by email to your supervisor: 
    • For Foundations Level students  (using a systemic or coach approach) : a 2' extract of an exercise carried out in pairs + the formalization of the case using the interactional diagram + the writing of the difficulties encountered according to a framework indicated for the supervision (see below).
    • For students at other levels (Practice, Advanced, clinical master) : a 2' extract of your session on the point of difficulty for which you are requesting supervision + the formalization of the case in SYPRENE Formation (or SYPRENE Expert), the digital practice observation program developed by LACT + writing down the difficulties encountered according to a framework indicated for supervision (see below).

Framework for the redaction of the difficulties encountered for which you are requesting supervision:

  6. Prescriptions used by the therapist (and their effects)

  2. by the following situation (factual description: who does what to whom, since when, under what circumstances, etc.),
  3. which leads me to... (do, say, think),  
  4. with the following effects (to be described)

> Specify whether the difficulty you are encountering is related to a problem of:

  1. (problem-solving) strategy,
  2. communication,
  3. relationship

Evaluation and monitoring methods

Obtaining the certificate for this module requires: 

  • to have obtained the average in the formalization of practice assignment consisting in presenting one of the cases worked in supervision and the effects of supervision on the improvement or evolution of your practice.
  • to have followed at least 2 of the 3 sessions of the module.

Assessment of student satisfaction

At the end of the training, a satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by each participant so that they can assess the relevance of the content of the training with regard to their professional practice and the achievement of their objectives.
