      Stimulate team commitment and trust

“Design and lead a systemic coaching group”

      By Olivier BROSSEAU

This module " Stimulating team commitment and confidence" allows you to create a systemic coaching framework for teams in difficulty (cohesion, fusion, transformation) promoting a transversal approach between different hierarchical levels and freeing up the collective intelligence serving the difficulties to overcome or the challenges to achieve.

      Description

This 12-hour module (4 courses of 3 hours) allows participants to experience the use of group facilitation techniques, directly inspired by the work of the systemic and strategic approach, in support of a collective intervention strategy: cohesion team, increased collective skills, creativity, problem or conflict resolution, etc. They stimulate individual and collective participation and release the intelligence of the teams at each stage of the intervention. They can be used on groups of a few people to several dozen. They promote cross-functional work by mixing hierarchical levels, thanks to their ability to neutralize authority and expertise biases. Using exercises, case studies from real work situations, role playing from game theory and a dozen liberating structures, this training allows you to explore the design of a animation and its implementation around the issues of individual and collective commitment and trust (to be built or restored) within a work collective.

      Objective of the module

Design and lead a group as part of a strategic systemic intervention in contexts of group cohesion, organizational transformation, team merger, conflict resolution, etc.
