This 3-session module sheds light on the posture and identity of the Coach, highlighting how to position oneself as a professional Coach while taking into account the specificities specific to strategic systemic coaching,
in the context of support individual and collective.

How can we define the identity and posture of the systemic coach in the context of interventions with both individuals and people in the business field, approaching it from a strategic systemic angle?

It addresses both questions of strategy, communication, and also relationships with oneself, with others, with the world (standards, culture, businesses, etc.), thus giving the Systemic Coach a complete posture in the field of intervention.
Positioning yourself as a strategic systemic coach will allow students to adapt to complex situations encountered from a systemic and interactional perspective.

Students become familiar with the systemic coach posture to streamline their interventions and establish a solid coaching intervention framework.

• Build your position as a systemic Coach by freeing yourself from injunctions to carry out complex interventions
• Acquire the keys to establishing a framework conducive to a solid coaching intervention by creating a safe space for the systemic coach
• Develop the relevance of the intervention of the Systemic Coach by intensifying the alliance with the people supported to facilitate their commitment to change

     Admission to this training takes place:

  •   Either upon validation of professional and personal achievements: the VAPP (decree of 2013) can be granted to people who do not meet the aforementioned conditions, after explaining their reasons.
