“Deploy your resources, work on your difficulties”

By Vincent GERARD, Roberta PRATO PREVIOUS

Lact integrates individual and collective supervision times into all your training courses. They are an integral part of the educational path that guides you on the way to your autonomy of practice. Practice supervision times are essential moments in the ongoing process of learning, improving practice and developing the professional skills of the helping relationship practitioner.

      Description

This module allows you, in your first year of training as a relationship (or hypnosis) clinician, at each of the 4 or 5 sessions that make it up (depending on the size of the groups), to observe case supervisions live presented by students, where each presents a case for which he encounters a difficulty in the implementation of his practice, during real sessions or exercises in pairs. He receives indications from the supervisor aimed at correcting or developing his skills, in terms of intervention strategy, therapeutic communication and relationship with the patient. During one of these 4-5 sessions, you present your own case.

Two of the trainers guide the students on their clinical cases (Vincent GERARD, Chiara RATTO); the third guides students on their business cases (Roberta PRATO-PREVIDE)

      Objective of the module

Observe, correct and improve your practice based on a strategic, communicational or relational difficulty encountered in the implementation of your strategic systemic intervention practice, exposed in the context of direct supervision (on your own case ) or that of observation (of other supervised cases).
