Our LACT graduates: 100% satisfied with their professional situation and confident in their future

It is important to LACT that once trained, our students can flourish professionally in an effective and efficient practice, guaranteeing their economic health. During their training, we support them with an activity creation module (in the 2nd and 3rd years) and we contact them again 6 months, then 2 years after the end of their training to find out where they are, if they are satisfied with their current professional situation.

Our graduates say they are more satisfied (92%) or equally satisfied (8%) with their new professional situation compared to their previous one; more particularly, they declare themselves more or as satisfied as before with the current level of their fulfillment at work (100%), the balance between their professional life and their personal life (100%), the meaning that their professional activity has in their life (100%) and their current status (92%)

73% of them indicate that their remuneration has increased or is the same as what they had before their diploma. They mainly chose the status of self-employed worker (62%) or liberal profession (31%).

Their training (Relationship Clinician and/or Systemic Coach) allowed them to develop a new activity, different from the previous one (62%) or to develop new skills, without changing position (31%) and declare that “the things are progressing as planned and trust the weather” at 92%.
