The LACT team engages in a training process that
seeks continuous improvement and organizes itself on a daily basis to:
more concretely….
The whole team is mobilized so that students and the public find useful and complete information on all of our platforms and our communications, such as our advertisements, our newsletters, our site, our course catalogs, the conditions of access and the general conditions of sale, etc.
The pedagogical team mobilizes to design unique, targeted and quality training to best help students acquire a rigorous and adaptive practice allowing them to address the complexity of patient situations.
Continuous work to strengthen the educational positioning, enrich educational programs and methodologies and develop training courses according to the profiles and needs collected.
For example, the creation of a clinical master's and a hypnosis master's which respectively extend and complete the first training that LACT created in the strategic systemic approach.
The Lact team is mobilizing to set up training services on a logistical level and to implement training follow-up with students to stimulate the conditions for success and the achievement of their objectives.
This is all the work of logistical programming of courses and tests, programming of the criteria for obtaining certificates, but also the integration of modules aimed at personalizing the necessary adjustments for each student (in particular individual supervision modules and which are integrated into the learning path from the first year of training).
At the same time as we aim to professionalize its students in strategic systemic approach or in hypnosis, we take care to professionalize our teams continuously.
In particular through a learning team, which works in pairs or as a team on the main operating and service services (increased technical skills to improve the learning experience of students and to always reduce response times to their requests for technical or administrative order).
We also offer technical support for our trainers to help them become familiar with and develop their technical skills in facilitating distance learning courses by favoring interactivity and practice, in accordance with our pedagogical positioning and student expectations. .
LACT is committed to making known the strategic systemic approach and its effectiveness in the field of the helping relationship, and promotes the potential for deployment in the environments of care, teaching and socio-economic spheres (through in particular the creation of a trade union aimed at promoting the profession of systems engineer)
It is his curiosity and his requirement that lead him to maintain regular links with the main players in the strategic systemic approach and hypnosis, both in the United States and in Europe, in a spirit of active monitoring as well. both to constantly enrich its portfolio of quality trainers and to feed and lead research work on the effectiveness and efficiency of the approaches taught (publication of articles and books, organization of a research network).
We are also committed to facilitating the inclusion in our educational curriculum of people with disabilities.
The entire organization of LACT aims to improve its services in all areas where the relationship with students is nurtured (pedagogical experience, administrative experience).
We collect and process the appreciations of the students (at the end of each course, of each module, of each end of course) and of the trainers (at the end of the year) and the difficulties that they go up in order to bring improvements to its services and our organization.

The systemic and strategic approach
It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificity and originality are:
- to know how to apprehend the complexity of human relationships and bring a biopsychosocial vision to the psychological and relational problems that develop in ever more volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous contexts (VUCA in English).
- to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 essential techniques which are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to reduce the complexity of a relational situation without distorting it and to obtain effective operational effects and sustainability in resource development and problem solving.
Presentation of PARIS 8
- Paris 8 University is a central teaching and research center in Île-de-France in the field of humanities, which has always had as its main objective to bring students to a better understanding of the contemporary world while providing them with the tools for integrating into society on a long-term basis. The innovative nature of the learning it offers has its origins in its openness to areas hitherto little present in the French University. Paris 8 is also distinguished by its desire to maintain a very strong link between research and teaching , both nationally and internationally, relying, among other things, on new teaching methods.
