The systemic and strategic approach

It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificity is:

  • to know how to apprehend the complexity of human relations and bring a global vision to psychological and relational problems.
  • to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 techniques that are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to obtain effective and lasting operational effects in terms of problem solving.

Presentation of LACT

  • Representing the Palo Alto School, the LACT intervention, research and training center offers long training courses, an internship course and short courses on the implementation of strategic systemic intervention in different sectors.
  • Lact is a Datadock * training organization, Qualiopi® ** certified for professional training:
    • * A Datadocké training organization has posted on the Datadock platform all the factual elements proving that it meets the quality requirements dictated by law. Funders can therefore register LACT in a reference catalog and thus allow the financing of services.
    • ** Qualiopi® certification is issued by certifying bodies accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) on the basis of the single national reference system mentioned in article L.6316-3 of the labor code, so that they can benefit from funds from the organizations mentioned in Article L. 6316-1 of the Labor Code (OPCOs, Transition-Pro, State, regions, Caisse des dépôts et consignations, Pôle emploi, Agefiph).
The QUALIOPI brand is a guarantee mark promoting services with particular qualities and meeting specific requirements, detailed in article R6316-1 of the Labor Code and in the appendix to decree no. 2019-565 of June 6, 2019 .
